Midwest Copier Exchange provides remarketing services to leasing companies nationwide. Over the past 25 years we have sold every major brand of copier, printer, wide format and duplicator. We also have extensive experience in the remarketing of telecom, point of sale, commercial printing, and IT equipment.
Auditing and Reporting
Our auditing process includes make, model, serial number, meter, and testing of all key functions of the equipment as well as all accessories and components. Detailed reporting will include comments on cosmetic condition and functionality. All reports are transmitted electronically in real time so that you can see where your equipment is in each step of our process from receiving to sale.
Logistics and Repossession Services
Through our logistics division, we offer nationwide transportation and packaging services with our own fleet of trucks and professional drivers, as well as through contracted third party carriers. Our services include palletized freight, rolling equipment, specialized moves, white glove services, truckload, and LTL.
Repossession services are offered throughout the Midwest. Our office staff and drivers are trained to handle any situation properly and professionally whether it's a phone call, location check, or physical collection of the equipment.
Data Security
Our processes for data security and destruction follow NIST 800-88 approved guidlines and are fully audited by an independent third party. We are able to meet any requirements you may have from detailed reporting to hard drive wiping and shredding.
Recycling Services
Midwest Copier was the first copier remarketer to form it's own electronics recycling company. Through our sister company, ARCOA, we are able to provide certified recycling to all of our customers.
